The maintenance supervisor will be responsible for:
a. Overall custodial supervision
b. Major repairs and improvements
c. Overseeing minor repairs and improvements
d. Assign, supervise and inspect outside work crews for work our staff cannot handle
e. Examine building regularly for needed repairs and maintenance
f. Helps recruit, screen and make recommendations for hiring
g. Other areas from job description (to be reviewed with administration.)
