What You’ll Do

Manage complex, high-acuity patient assignments

Support and mentor new nursing staff

Partner with leadership to promote quality patient outcomes

Provide specialized care for cardiac and critical care patients
What We’re Looking For

Active Wisconsin RN license ; BLS certification

Experienced RN with critical care or step-down experience ; Cardiac care experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment in high-acuity settings

Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills
