Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
- Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs, preferably in early elementary grades
- Ability to manage a K-2 caseload independently, as there is no instructional assistant assigned
- Strong communication and organizational skills for collaborating with staff and families

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct instruction and differentiated support to K-2 students in a self-contained or resource setting
