Suite Sweep Cleaning Co. is a growing owner-operated cleaning company serving Orlando and the surrounding metro. We clean homes, Airbnbs, and move-outs at a standard our customers pay premium for. We're looking for cleaners who take pride in their work and want to build something with us long-term.
Compensation: $25/hr while training. Move to per-job flat rate once you're on standards. Consistent weekly hours available.
What You'll Do
Clean residential homes to a high standard using our checklist and process. Standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and Airbnb turnovers. You'll take before-and-after photos on every job through our Photo Accountability system. You'll communicate directly with our team via the app so we always know where you are and what you need.
Every new cleaner starts by shadowing our lead cleaner Natalia on standard cleans before working independently. That's non-negotiable. We do it that way so you learn our standard from day one and you're set up to succeed.
What We're Looking For
Reliable transportation. You show up on time, every time.
Attention to detail. If you're the kind of person who notices the corner nobody looks at, you'll do well here.
Physical stamina. A typical job runs three to six hours on your feet.
Smartphone with a camera. You'll be taking job photos and communicating through our system.
Cleaning experience preferred but not required. If you have the right attitude, we'll train you.

Requirements
Must be 18 or older
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check
Available at least three weekdays plus Saturdays
Own cleaning supplies preferred (we can discuss)
