Done Deal Home Buyers is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Transaction Coordinator to join our team. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home position; however, applicants must reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area and hold an active Arizona Real Estate License.
We're looking for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience managing residential real estate transactions from contract to close. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling a high volume of transactions while ensuring every file closes smoothly and in compliance with Arizona real estate laws.
Paralegal experience is strongly preferred, as this role requires exceptional document management, contract review, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage real estate transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing.
- Coordinate with title companies, escrow officers, buyers, sellers, attorneys, agents, lenders, and internal teams.
- Review contracts, addendums, disclosures, and closing documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Maintain consistent communication with all parties involved throughout the transaction.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and closing appointments.
- Resolve transaction issues quickly to avoid delays.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM and transaction management systems.
- Ensure all transaction files comply with Arizona real estate laws and company policies.
- Support the Acquisitions and Dispositions teams throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License (Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of Transaction Coordinator experience in residential real estate.
- Must reside in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
- Strong knowledge of Arizona real estate contracts, escrow, title, and closing procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and transaction management software.
- Experience with Follow Up Boss (FUB) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Paralegal experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in real estate wholesaling or investment transactions.
- Knowledge of assignments, double closings, and cash transactions.
- Experience working with high-volume real estate investment companies.
Pay: $52,266.38 - $62,944.46 per year
