Siren Triton LLC will be Managing and Operating a Licensed Starbucks store, and we are currently looking for passionate Baristas to join our team at Starbucks UCSD Campus.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a genuine Starbucks experience by providing high-quality service and handcrafted beverages.

Maintain a clean and safe store, ensuring equipment is properly cared for, and anticipate customers' needs with attention to detail.

Demonstrate punctuality and consistent attendance by arriving on time and ready to work.

Be available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Support store operations, including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and adhering to safety and security standards.

Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed operational goals, creating an atmosphere that guests love to visit.
Summary of Qualifications:

No experience required, but a passion for coffee and customer service is a must.

Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Basic math skills for handling cash.
