Responsibilities:
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Be able to remove and disassemble existing HVAC equipment
- Proficient in Boilers, Mini Splits, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, ductwork, sheetmetal
- Understand low and high voltage wiring including wiring up circuit breakers at panel
- Know how to run line hide for ductless installs
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs easily
- General construction understanding of house building and framing
- Ability to climb and setup ladders from 4' to 40'
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Must have reliable transportation. Employees are responsible for their own transportation to and from assigned job sites. A truck will be provided once technician has demonstrated proficiencies in HVAC Installation.
Experience:
- Previous experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with schematics and blueprints for HVAC systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
