Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret scaffolding plans, diagrams, and safety instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Erect scaffolding structures according to specifications, adhering strictly to safety standards and regulations.
- Inspect scaffolding components regularly for damage or wear, replacing or repairing parts as needed.
- Secure scaffolding to existing structures using appropriate fasteners and safety equipment.
- Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion, ensuring all components are accounted for and stored properly.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently on-site.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and uphold safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience in scaffolding erection or related construction roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations or local safety codes related to working at heights.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving.
- Certification in scaffold safety or relevant construction safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
