Position Summary
The Program Manager oversees security-focused projects, ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives across a contract. You will govern multiple workstreams and ensure alignment with the Sovereign Standard. The Program Manager will manage high-level client relationships and will be responsible for the P&L of the assigned program area.
Job Responsibilities

Govern the multiple workstreams and regulatory protocols that mandate how data must be protected across OSI Layers, ensuring alignment with the Sovereign Standard.

Translate federal mandates into the technical roadmaps executed by the team.

ProjectManagement:Managemultiplecybersecurityprojects,facilitatingplanningandprioritizationtomeetorganizationalgoals.Thisincludesbothshort-term andlong-term projects that may involve significant business and technology changes.
- Collaboration:Workwithpartners,vendors,andinternalteamstoensureproject success,includingcoordinatingwithlegal,procurement,andfinancedepartments.

ProgramDevelopment:Supportthedevelopment,implementation,and communicationofcybersecurityactivitiesandprograms,leadingprogramevents, briefings,andmeetings.

RiskManagement:Developmethodstomonitorandmeasurerisk,compliance,andassuranceefforts,ensuringthatallacquisitionsandoutsourcingeffortsaddress informationsecurityrequirements.

Reporting:Createprojectplans,statusreports,andexecutivepresentationsto communicateprogressandchallengestostakeholders
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IFSM or Cybersecurity

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

PMP certification required and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

CGEIT

SAFe Agile – Scrum Master

Superb understanding of ITIL 4 Strategic Leader

Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC 2.0, and FISMA

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, to effectively support contract teams daily initiatives.

Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillstoreportfindingsandcollaboratewithteammembersandmanagement.

Active TS/SCI security clearance required
