Job Description:
Join our team as a member of our Monitoring center where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our customer premises. You will be responsible for monitoring cameras and gate systems, documenting visitor information, and maintaining a secure environment. We are hiring for a day shift position, weekends and Holidays included, with a potential for some over night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live camera feeds and gate systems to oversee entry and exit points.
- Record accurate details of all individuals entering and exiting the premises.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Alert appropriate personnel to any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Maintain constant vigilance to prevent unauthorized access or safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond promptly to security incidents.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Reliable, responsible and dependable
- Ability to work weekends
