Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Posting customer invoices and credits.
- Posting receipts to customer accounts.
- Settlements – post and apply cash receipts (follow up on notable discrepancies).
- Reviewing weekly AR aging reports for past due accounts/invoices.
- Contacting customers via phone or email to follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Tracking and investigating deductions from customer payments.
- Assisting Sales team members with return authorizations, and gathering documentation for review of discrepancies related to pricing, freight, and quantities.
- Processing customer requests for invoices, statements, or other account information.
- Inter-company transactions.
- Review/post daily transactions.
- Update customer pricing as they come through.
- Enter sales contracts.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree preferred. HS Diploma or GED required.
- General knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred.
- General knowledge of system software is a plus.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Feel comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Hands-on training will be given for all backup responsibilities.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 40+ hour work week, Saturdays, and overtime will be required to business needs.
