25% Supports process and workflow design across functions, which includes:

Five or more years' experience in business analysis, systems, operations, product or project-based roles, with demonstrated responsibility for leading cross-functional initiatives and developing solution recommendations.

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate options and recommend solutions.

Ability to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Understanding how business processes and systems interact, including workflow and integration considerations.
