We're a venture backed AI DSO startup and we build a full team of AI agents that can automate entire job functions more accurately & reliably within dental offices, so practice staff can regain time for what's most important. For example, our AI agents can answer phones, automatically schedule patients, call insurance, and carry out dental revenue cycle operations end to end just like a human would. Yes, that means they can autonomously submit claims, do EOB posting, and fight denials. Additionally, we have our own AI-native dental PMS. Practices that have been on archaic technologies like Dentrix/Eaglesoft are shifting to our PMS because of the promise of AI.
As a company, we're backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, 186 Ventures, Reach Capital and many more tier 1 institutional investment firms. We recently raised an oversubscribed $4.4M seed round from some of the best investors in Silicon Valley. Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, health system chief medical officers, and dentists on the leadership of major insurance companies.
About This Role
We're looking for a stellar Account Executive to join our team.
This role will start as part-time, commission only - but with a plan to progress to full time. Here's why:
- We already have a proven sales funnel with successful account executives crushing quota.
- You do not have to do any outbound. We get a greater volume of inbound leads than we can handle.
- Your job is to take meetings we book onto your calendar and close.
- AE is usually known as a high-turnover role, but the underlying reason is that not every AE is a good fit for every company, and vice versa. Starting part-time commission based gives both sides the opportunity to tease out this fit and pull the trigger once it feels appropriate.
Who We're Looking For
- Someone adept at highly technical and consultative sales. You are there to be a trusted advisor to practices in their transformation, not to be aggressive.
- Someone who focuses on learning every detail about the product and user pain points. Where most AE's fall short is jumping into the sales process without taking time to dive deep enough. Strong AE's learn every tiny detail about their customer's workflows to the point where they could probably run their customer's business better than them.
- Background in dental is a strong plus: if you have previously worked in a dental office or DSO and understand the nitty gritties of practice operations, revenue cycle, etc that will make your life a lot easier.
Compensation
Commission based to start. OTE: $200k. Beating quota can easily get you into the $300k-$400k range.
