Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests, offering assistance with menu selections, taking orders, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Order Accuracy: Accurately relay guest orders to the kitchen and bar, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are communicated and executed.
- Timely Service: Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of efficiency during busy periods.
- Knowledge of Menu: Stay informed about menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to provide detailed information and recommendations to guests.
- Table Maintenance: Set up and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment.
- Collaboration with Kitchen: Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination of orders.
- Upselling: Recommend additional items, desserts, or beverages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.
- Adherence to Health and Safety Standards: Follow established hygiene, health, and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or waiter is preferred but not required, willing to train!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.
