Job description:
We are seeking a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding a variety of metals, reading blueprints, and maintaining high-quality workmanship while meeting production schedules.
Monday to Friday - 40hrs + OT
2nd shift
3:00PM TO 11:30PM
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials as required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a MIG and TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
