The Job
RTMP is looking for an energetic, dependable person who wants to work, learn and grow inside a small company. The hiree will start with hands-on warehouse and operations work, then earn broader responsibilities as they demonstrate their capabilities and desire to grow.
AV experience is not a requirement. We will teach technical skills, and hire based on work ethic, curiosity, personality and follow-through.
This role would be a great fit for students and hobbyists in a related field that are interested in gaining AV industry experience.
Strong performance can lead to more responsibility, hours, and higher-value work.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare, count, check and organize equipment.
- Check returned gear and flag anything missing or damaged.
- Keep the warehouse, vehicles and storage areas clean and organized.
- Load, unload and complete occasional local pickups or deliveries.
- Assist with general vehicle, equipment and warehouse maintenance & upkeep.
- Use software, including but not limited to AI, to research, document and improve how tasks are accomplished.
- Jump into other practical projects as needs change.

Requirements
- A valid driver’s license.
- Able to regularly and safely lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- General weekday availability, mostly mornings and afternoons; occasional weekends may be asked.
- Reliable transportation to and from our warehouse in Sugar Grove.
- Comfortable with changing assignments and variable weekly hours.
