What We Offer

Hourly base pay: $19 - $24/hr (depending on experience)

Schedule Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls (6-8 calls per hour)

Book service, maintenance, replacement, and plumbing appointments

Follow proven scripts and frameworks to qualify leads and overcome objections

Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience

Accurately document activity in ServiceTitan

Meet monthly booking and revenue targets
What We're Looking For

1-3 years of customer service, call center, or inside sales experience (preferred)

HVAC or home services experience is a big plus
-
Strong phone presence and communication skills

Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
