Location: Fernandina Beach, FL
Position Type: Full‑Time
Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off (Closed Monday/Tuesday)
Estimated Hours: 33-37/week
Hourly Rate: $16.00+ Commissions and Benefits

About First Love Brewing
First Love Brewing is a community‑driven craft brewery known for quality beer, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our kitchen team plays a huge role in delivering that experience. We’re looking for a dependable Dishwasher who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Cleaning — Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Kitchen Support — Assist cooks and prep staff with basic tasks when needed
- Sanitation Standards — Maintain a clean dish area and follow all health and safety guidelines
- Trash & Maintenance — Take out trash, sweep/mop floors/mats, and help keep the back‑of‑house organized
- Team Collaboration — Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to support smooth service
Required Qualifications
- Strong Work Ethic — Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
- Physical Capability — Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliability — Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Team Player — Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a commercial kitchen or restaurant
- Familiarity with basic sanitation and safety practices
- Interest in craft beer or brewery environments
