Job Summary
We are seeking a Call Center Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR within the health insurance industry. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping members, resolving concerns, and providing clear guidance over the phone.
In this position, you will support inbound and outbound call activity, assist members with coverage-related questions, document interactions accurately, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide orientation, answer questions, and resolve member concerns.
- Follow up with customers regarding statuses, resolutions, benefits, enrollment, cancellations, disenrollment, ID cards, claims, and service issues.
- Document calls, member interactions, forms, logs, grievances, appeals, and resolutions accurately in the appropriate systems.
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department when immediate resolution is not possible.
- Conduct quality surveys to understand member satisfaction, disenrollment reasons, and opportunities to improve retention.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and monitoring metrics while following company procedures and CMS regulations.
