Work Location: Germantown, Wisconsin
Compensation: Earn as much as $45 per hour plus a 5% yearly bonus.

Schedule Details:

Third Shift: 6 PM to 6 AM on a 3-2-3 AWS rotation (6 positions available).

Second Shift: 1 PM to 9 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating weekend requirements (1 position available).
Core Duties

Execute predictive and preventative maintenance tasks on production machinery.

Identify and fix issues within pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Maintain and service automation, robotics, packaging lines, fillers, valves, and pumps to ensure operational efficiency.

Resolve equipment failures quickly to help reduce overall production interruptions.

Log all repair activities and maintenance work within the CMMS platform.

Maintain a secure work environment by strictly adhering to GMP and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols.
Candidate Qualifications

Completion of High School or a GED equivalent.

Possession of a Journeyman Card or at least 4 years of professional experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.

Proven technical proficiency working with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.

Practical background servicing production machinery, including conveyors, valves, and pumps.

Capability to interpret and utilize mechanical diagrams and technical drawings.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills to support team productivity.

Flexibility to accommodate rotating shifts, holiday work, weekend hours, and overtime as needed.
Prior experience in a food production environment is considered an asset.
