Operations Manager Responsibilities
Duties:
-Must be able to do independent online research for construction projects.
- Responsible for purchasing and organizing materials and parts by job.
-Responsible for maintaining customer information.
- Will be working directly with the business owner, the only other person in the office.
- Must be computer proficient as office is paperless.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Construction experience required.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and email communication.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to estimate projects.
-Schedule service plumbers using House Call Pro.
-Maintain online service call dash boards updated.
-Bilingual in conversational Spanish is a huge benefit.
