Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to become part of our vibrant team. Duties
- Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients’ developmental goals
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and other self-care tasks, promoting independence
- Collect and record data on client behaviors accurately and consistently to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Support clients during teaching sessions, applying applied behavior analysis techniques to reinforce positive behaviors
- Help develop and follow individualized care plans and behavior management strategies tailored to each client’s needs
- Maintain confidentiality of medical records and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of therapy plans
Skills
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis techniques
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder
- Ability to assist with ADLs and support patient care in a compassionate manner
- Excellent data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress accurately
- Knowledge of medical terminology, documentation practices, and medical records management
- Effective teaching skills combined with patience and empathy for working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, behavior management strategies, and special education practices

Pay: $24.00 per hour
