Job Summary
Indian Rocks Beach Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our growing, privately owned small animal practice in Largo, Florida. Located just minutes from the Gulf beaches, our hospital is committed to providing exceptional patient care while fostering long-term relationships with clients and their pets.

Duties & Responsibilities
● Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostics
● Develop treatment plans and provide medical recommendations
● Perform routine surgical and dental procedures
● Interpret laboratory and diagnostic imaging results
● Educate clients on preventative care, treatment options, and wellness programs
● Maintain accurate and complete medical records
● Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care
● Provide compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of veterinary medicine
Qualifications
● Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
● Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain licensure
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
● Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and client service

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed directly with Dr. Matt during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position. In addition to base salary, veterinarians may have the opportunity to earn production-based incentive compensation upon meeting established monthly production goals. We believe in rewarding doctors who contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care and client service.
