As a Retail Crew Member with Abyl Acquisition Group, you'll be stationed inside major big-box retail locations representing Frontier's fiber internet products directly to in-store shoppers. Just real conversations with customers who are already out, already shopping, and often already curious.
You'll be the face of Frontier's fiber expansion in your market, educating customers on plans, promotions, and the genuine advantages of fiber over cable - and closing the deal on the spot.
Retail Crew Member Daily Responsibilities:
- Engage customers on the retail floor through confident, approachable outreach - starting conversations, not waiting for them
- Educate shoppers on Frontier's fiber internet products, current promotions, and service plans in a clear, compelling way
- Qualify customers, answer questions, and guide them from curious to enrolled
- Hit weekly and monthly performance targets set by your team leader
- Represent both Abyl and Frontier with a professional, positive presence at all times
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with your retail crew team and leadership to share what's working and troubleshoot what isn't

- Is someone who actually likes talking to people - sitting behind a desk all day terrifies you
- Has a performance-driven mindset with a willingness to learn the product inside and out
- Has previous sales, retail, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required - we train and we train well
- Is reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Is self-motivated enough to perform in a public environment without constant supervision
- Is coachable - someone who takes feedback and runs with it
