Position Overview
Smoky Mountain Knife Works is seeking a reliable and energetic Whatnot Department Associate to support our livestream sales operations. This role combines warehouse fulfillment with live production support, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, interactive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack and ship customer orders in a timely manner

Prepare products for livestream sales and ensure inventory is organized

Operate computers, video boards, and related equipment during livestream events

Assist livestream hosts by coordinating product flow and on-screen needs

Engage with livestream viewers through chat and help facilitate a positive customer experience

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Follow all safety procedures, especially when handling and lifting merchandise
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs

Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Qualifications

Basic computer skills and comfort with technology (livestream tools a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills and ability to interact with team members and customers

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Previous warehouse, shipping, or livestream/production experience is a plus but not required
