We are one of the fastest-growing real estate investment companies in the country. We buy hundreds of properties every year and need a Dispositions Specialist who can turn opportunities into revenue.
This is NOT a customer service position.
This is NOT an order-taking position.
This is a sales position where your ability to negotiate, build urgency, and close directly impacts your income.
What You'll Be Doing
- Selling discounted investment properties to cash buyers
- Negotiating contracts and maximizing assignment fees
- Building relationships with investors, landlords, rehabbers, and builders
- Following up relentlessly until deals are closed
- Managing a pipeline of active transactions
- Working directly with acquisitions, transaction coordinators, and leadership
- Solving problems and overcoming objections daily

Compensation
- Commission Only
- Training Pay Available During Onboarding
- Realistic First-Year Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+
- Top Performers: $200,000–$250,000+
