We’re looking for a hands-on Inside Sales Manager to lead our branch’s inside sales operations. This role oversees inside sales, counter sales, cashiering, and front desk support; all with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
You’ll lead and develop a team, jump in during busy times, and help create a positive, high-performing environment built on safety, quality, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support the inside sales team to deliver excellent customer service every day
- Step in during peak periods to help with order entry, quotes, phone coverage, and customer support
- Prepare customer quotes and bid requests when needed
- Work closely with other departments to keep operations running smoothly
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Set clear goals and provide ongoing feedback to help your team grow
- Monitor performance and use data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Run team meetings to share updates, goals, and product information
- Help resolve customer questions, order issues, and pricing inquiries
- Ensure company policies and safety standards are consistently followed
- Support pricing strategy and material quoting decisions
- Collaborate with purchasing, IT, warehouse, and branch leadership to solve daily challenges

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a similar sales environment
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing products and the industry

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
