Elevated Impressions is seeking a motivated, dependable, and creative individual to join our team as an Balloon Fabricator/ Installation Artist. This is not your typical studio job- we are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the fly, and helping create unforgettable experiences for our clients.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing responsibilities with minimal supervision. Event schedules often require early mornings, late nights, weekends, and changing priorities, so flexibility and reliability are essential.
This position is best suited for someone who genuinely enjoys the event industry. Events don't always happen during traditional business hours, and successful candidates understand that flexibility, commitment, and attention to detail are essential to creating exceptional client experiences.

Position Overview
As a Balloon Fabricator / Installation Artist, you will play a key role in creating, delivering, installing and removing event décor for a variety of events. You will work closely with our design team to fabricate balloon décor, prepare projects for delivery, execute installations on-site, and assist with event breakdowns.
This position requires creativity, attention to detail, physical stamina, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. No prior balloon experience is required—we can teach the technical skills. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Balloon Fabrication & Production
● Inflate and assemble balloon garlands, columns, centerpieces, and custom décor installations
● Work with latex, foil, and specialty balloons while maintaining company quality standards
● Learn and follow Elevated Impressions' fabrication techniques and design recipes
● Assist with staging and preparing projects for delivery
Event Installation & Strike
● Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
● Deliver décor and equipment to event locations
● Install balloon displays and event décor according to design specifications
● Secure installations safely and professionally
● Troubleshoot challenges on-site and adapt as needed
● Participate in post-event breakdowns and strike crews
Studio Operations
● Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
● Assist with inventory management and supply organization
● Help prepare materials for upcoming projects
● Clean, organize, and maintain rental inventory
Client Service
● Provide exceptional customer service during installations and breakdowns
● Communicate professionally with clients, planners, venues, and vendors
● Represent Elevated Impressions positively at all times
Required Qualifications
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
● Reliable transportation
● Ability or willingness to learn to drive a cargo van and 17-foot box truck
● Ability to lift and carry 40+ pounds
● Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically active environment
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in balloon décor, event production, hospitality, visual merchandising, retail display, or a creative field
● Experience with event setup and breakdown
● Customer service experience
● Experience operating Cricut machines or other creative production tools
● Experience working with helium and air-filled balloon designs

Physical Requirements
This position regularly requires:
● Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds
● Standing for extended periods

● Loading and unloading vehicles

● Working in varying weather conditions
● Working flexible schedules based on event needs
