Job Position: Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP)
Location: Potosi, MO
Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension
Shift: : M-F, 8 hr days
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
✅ Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.
✅ Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients.
✅ Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
✅ Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
✅ Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations..
Required:
1 year of SLP experience - [Required]
Experience in a leadership role within a SNF/LTC rehab setting. -[Required]
Knowledge of PDPM - [Required]
MO State License - [Required]
Pay: $55.00 - $59.00 per hour
