Duties
- Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, payments, and cash handling
- Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with over-the-counter, drive-up window, table service and phone orders
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food quality throughout shifts
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with positive attitude and flexibility
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
