Surrey Resort is a fun, relaxing, and peaceful glamping destination tucked into the redwoods. We’re opening a brand‑new bar designed around unique, playful wine and beer offerings that match the spirit of our property — easygoing, outdoorsy, and full of personality. Our team is small, energetic, and growing fast as we expand our guest experiences.
About the Role
We’re looking for a bartender who brings warmth, creativity, and great vibes to every shift. You’ll help shape the identity of our new bar program, serve guests lounging by the pool or winding down after a day in nature, and support special events throughout the season. As a small staff you will also pitch in in all areas of the resort, including guest services, housekeeping.
What You’ll Do
- Serve wine, beer, and signature offerings with friendly, attentive hospitality
- Help shape and refine our unique beverage menu
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment
- Support special events, tastings, and seasonal happenings
- Work closely with a small, collaborative team that jumps in for each other
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service and food safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a bartender, barback, or beverage server
- Knowledge of wine and beer, with curiosity to explore fun, unique offerings
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment
- Positive energy, reliability, and a love for hospitality
- Availability Thursday–Sunday, plus occasional special events
- Food Handler Certificate preferred (or willingness to obtain)
