Our team is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, people-focused individuals to join our team as an Enrollment Team Member. In this face-to-face role, you’ll work directly with customers throughout the community, helping them learn about available services, complete enrollments, and feel confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Do as an Enrollment Team Member
- Interact with customers in person and provide friendly, informative support throughout the enrollment process
- Help customers understand available service options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
- Guide customers through account setup, application completion, and service activation steps
- Answer questions clearly and professionally while creating a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records and update enrollment information using company systems
- Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction and successful enrollment completion
- Work closely with team leaders and coworkers to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Represent Community Impact Group with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
- Someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
