As a Security Patrol Drive Gated Community in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as a driving access control officer at a residential location, where you will help monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following site-specific access procedures, verifying entry authorization, and documenting visitor activity at the location.

Monitor entry and exit points to help support security-related operations, communicate access requirements, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or unauthorized access attempts.

Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols around residential common areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, noting maintenance concerns, lighting issues, and security-related observations.

Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and pass-down information to help support continuity of operations and consistent communication across shifts.
Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
