Now Hiring: Pediatric Dental New Patient Coordinator
Brecksville Kids Dentistry is looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate New Patient Coordinator to join our growing team!
Are you someone who loves working with children and families? Do you enjoy creating positive experiences and making people feel welcome? If so, we'd love to meet you!
As the first point of contact for many of our families, you'll play a vital role in helping children and parents feel comfortable and excited about their dental experience from the very first phone call through their first visit.
What You'll Do
✔ Welcome and assist new patients and families both in person and over the phone
✔ Schedule new patient appointments and coordinate provider availability
✔ Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
✔ Collect and review new patient paperwork and medical histories
✔ Educate families on what to expect during their child's first dental visit
✔ Communicate treatment and financial information clearly and compassionately
✔ Maintain accurate patient and insurance information within our practice software
✔ Follow up with families after their first appointment to ensure a positive experience
✔ Keep new patient welcome gifts stocked and prepared
✔ Update daily new patient tracking boards
✔ Assist with marketing initiatives, referral baskets, and community outreach efforts alongside Courtney
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience required
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and benefits required
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry is a plus
- Experience with dental software Carestack
- Strong computer and organizational skills required
