Our established, independent Family Medicine practice in Green Brook, New Jersey, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly and collaborative healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Evaluate and manage acute illnesses, chronic medical conditions, and preventive health needs
- Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (Athena EHR)
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANPCB or ANCC)
- Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current DEA and CDS registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
