Seeking a results-driven Clinic Manager to lead operations, drive financial performance, and ensure high-quality patient care across one or more outpatient clinic locations. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and facility management

Drive revenue, productivity, and budget performance

Ensure excellent patient access, flow, and satisfaction

Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and payor requirements (e.g., Medi-Cal, Medicare)

Lead, train, and develop clinic staff; manage performance and accountability

Monitor and improve quality, utilization, and operational metrics

Address operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Qualifications-
2+ years of clinic or healthcare management experience

Strong knowledge of clinic operations, financials, and payor programs

Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
