Join our energetic team at Blue Hippo Car Wash, the most advanced and customer-focused car wash in the area! We are looking for enthusiastic and service-driven Car Wash Attendants who take pride in delivering top-quality service. Duties:
- Assist customers with menu options, payments, and car wash memberships.
- Perform vehicle inspections for damages or hazards before entering the wash.
- Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the property, including trash disposal from vacuums.
- Report any safety or maintenance issues to the Site Manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-wash and handle concerns with care.
- Follow opening/closing procedures and maintain operational standards.
- Provide answers to customer questions and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks at shift start and end.
- Provide management of employees on shift
Experience:
- Prior experience in the car wash industry (1 year at least)
- Prior customer service experience (1 year at least)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle issues effectively.
Skills Needed:
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and shifts as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work standing for extended periods.
- Quick to adapt to changing situations and customer needs.
- Able to properly direct employees to tasks
- Communicate effectively with others
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (or in progress).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and night shifts.
- Committed to stable, long-term employment.
- Open schedule
- Able to stay past closing hours, helping with maintenance or cleaning
