MindVibe Psychiatry — a physician-led, founder-owned psychiatry group and part of Hybrid Health Systems — is hiring a full-time outpatient Psychiatrist for our Nederland, Texas clinic in the Beaumont–Port Arthur metro (Jefferson County).
About the role:
- 100% outpatient adult psychiatry — no call, no weekends, no inpatient rounding
- Full-time (40 hours/week) at our Nederland clinic, co-located with an established Hybrid Health Systems medical campus (full front-office, billing, and clinical support from day one)
- Integrated telepsychiatry to patients across Texas from the practice site
- Serve a genuinely underserved Gulf Coast community; the practice accepts Medicaid and operates a sliding fee scale — this position qualifies for J-1 Conrad 30 / HHS visa waiver sponsorship (designated mental health HPSA site, Jefferson County)
- Modern, physician-designed workflows: purpose-built EMR, embedded validated rating scales, AI-supported documentation, and real administrative support
Compensation & benefits:
- $320,000 base salary plus eligible performance bonuses — with Texas cost of living and no state income tax

Qualifications:
- MD/DO; board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Texas medical license or eligibility (we support and pay for licensure)
- 2026 and 2027 residency/fellowship graduates encouraged to apply
- J-1 physicians requiring waiver sponsorship encouraged to apply; US citizens and permanent residents equally welcome
