Marketing Assistant / Coordinator

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing to coordinate, execute, and scale marketing efforts across our diverse portfolio of brands.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Schedule Coordination
- Keep Projects on Track: Coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure marketing campaigns across all brands launch accurately and on time.
- Asset Management: Update, organize, and maintain our digital asset libraries, price lists, and marketing databases.
- Cross-Functional Support: Act as the administrative backbone of the marketing department, ensuring clear communication between design, sales, and leadership.
Paid Media & Digital Marketing
- Paid Media Coordination: Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns (social, search, or display) to drive growth and ROI.
- Content & Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns and digital content designed to improve lead generation and meet business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Run, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for respective brands to guide future marketing decisions.
Creative & Sales Support
- Graphic Design: Create and update sales decks, package renderings, trade show designs, and sales support materials.
- Market Research: Continually identify and recommend new prospective B2B customers, distributors, or digital growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a highly coordinated administrative role.
- Paid Media Savvy: Direct experience assisting with or running paid media campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads).
- Master Organizer: Proven experience in project management and schedule coordination; you are someone who loves a checklist and never misses a deadline.
- Design Skills: Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to build high-quality marketing collateral and packaging mockups.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, Excel, and marketing analytics to pull KPI reports.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple brand voices.
