Job Description: The Server Assistant supports the Front of House team by delivering prompt and friendly service, ensuring clean and welcoming tables, and creating a memorable guest experience. This role is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow into a future server or bartender position while gaining experience in an upscale dining environment.
Job Duties:
· Create remarkable experiences for our colleagues and guests
· Support servers by delivering food promptly and accurately
· Clear and reset tables efficiently
· Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism
· Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation standards
· Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of service
· Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
· Communicate effectively with team members and guests
· Take initiative and maintain high energy levels
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Food Handler’s Card and OLCC alcohol server license will be required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
