We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be outgoing with a true passion for customer service, proven sales experience, and a strong work ethic.
*Responsibilities*
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in locating and selecting products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restocking shelves and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that meet their requirements
- Ability to process and stock orders aaccurately, manage stock levels and ensure products are readily available for customers
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries
**Requirements, No Exceptions**
- Must be 21+ years old per Georgia T21
- Must have own car. Reliable transportation and proven dependability
- Flexible schedule with availability including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling money transactions
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling techniques
- Excellent work ethic and genuine desire to work is a must
~ Experience with general merchandising, knowledge of vape and related products preferred but not required ~
Pay: $15.00 per hour
