Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Handyman to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of homes that we manage (around 1000 units).
Prefer to have carpentry experience with putting in molding, small paint jobs, changing out blinds, light fixtures, fixing drywall, etc. We manage over 1000 units. The jobs maybe a quick fix or a complete renovation. The candidate must meet following criteria:
This job pays around $25/hr for 40 or more hours each week guaranteed.
1. Your own vehicle (preferably a truck or something with cargo room).
2. Cell phone and communication. This is a handyman/maintenance man position.
3. Need to be proficient at carpentry. Most of the jobs will entail painting or touching up places, along with changing blinds, light fixtures, etc.
This is a great job and you will have flexibility in your schedule and work environment.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
