Functions as a first assistant to the surgeon in a perioperative setting

Day shift with a 0630 start time on 8- or 10-hour shifts

Alternating weekends required

Active CA RN license required

Current certifications required: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, RNFA, and CNOR

Minimum 2 years of RNFA experience required

Must be a W-2 employee of the staffing agency

The RNFA practices an expanded perioperative nursing role, assisting the surgeon directly in the OR and Labor and Delivery Suite

This position requires credentialing through the facility's Medical Staff office, with a minimum processing time of 6–8 weeks — plan accordingly when considering your availability
