Description:
Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator needed to manage manufacturer warranty claims from submission through payment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in dealership warranty processes, ensuring claims are processed accurately and in compliance with manufacturer guidelines while supporting the service department.
Responsibilities:

Processes warranty claims on a timely basis to manufacturer

Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation

Verifies criteria required by factory

Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule. Posts credits

Works with Service Director, Parts Manager and support staff on rejected claims

Resubmits all rejected claims promptly

Follows up on payment of outstanding claims

Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the General Manager

Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area

Performs other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warranty administration required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty processes is a must
