We are currently seeking a full-time Bakery Support Team Member to assist with packing, dishwashing, cleaning, organization, and general bakery support. This is an essential role within our kitchen operation and a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in hard work, cleanliness, consistency, and teamwork.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare outgoing wholesale and retail orders accurately
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Complete deep-cleaning and general maintenance assignments
- Organize and put away incoming deliveries and supplies
- Break down and bundle cardboard/recycling
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations throughout the day
- Assist with bakery production tasks as needed, including handling fresh fruit and dough
- Support the team with additional bakery projects based on experience and initiative
- Assist with local product deliveries using the company vehicle (preferred)
Qualifications
- 1+ year of food service, bakery, kitchen, or production experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Availability must include one weekend day and holiday availability
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- Able to stand and work on your feet for 8-hour shifts
- Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication and listening skills

- Full-time position
- 8-hour day shifts
- In-person position based in Brooklyn, NY
