MUST HAVE PRIOR RESTAURANT FAST CASUAL EXPERIENCE in a busy store!!
This is NOT an entry-level position. Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment that is busy is a must. Bus stop outside, two blocks from the train station, and free parking for employees.
Fresh&Co is a high-volume, scratch-cooked fast casual concept in Stamford. We serve our guests Chipotle style from behind the line. We are growing and looking for an experienced restaurant line teammate to join our super fun team in a hands-on front-line role. Hourly range includes tips.
What You’ll Do:
- Help, expedite , and work the front line serving guests during busy service periods
- Make Coffee’s, lattes etc
- Blend Smoothies
- Work the cash register
- Engage guests and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
- Help support team members during high-volume shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous quick service restaurant experience (Starbucks, Chopt, Sweet Green, Chipotle, Panera etc- a plus!)
- Strong communication and team work skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with strong guest service focus
- Weekend availability one day a week
- Commitment to food quality and operational excellence
- Be able to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
