Salesperson / Lot Assistant
Browns Kar Mart is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Salesperson /Lot Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong personality, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The right candidate must be dependable, friendly, confident when speaking with customers, and willing to help in multiple areas of the business.
Job Responsibilities
The Salesperson / Lot Assistant will be responsible for:
Greeting customers and walk-ups in a friendly, professional manner
Answering customer questions and helping guide them through the sales process
Working with leads by phone, text, and through the company CRM system
Following up with potential customers and helping schedule appointments
Assisting with customer pre-approvals and gathering required information
Helping sales staff complete deals and maintain strong customer service
Keeping customer notes and lead information organized in the CRM system
Assisting with daily lot work and inventory upkeep
Cranking vehicles regularly to help maintain inventory
Putting stickers, buyers guides, and other required materials on vehicles
Re-parking and organizing vehicles on the lot
Washing vehicles and helping keep inventory clean and presentable
Performing other dealership tasks as needed
Requirements
Strong personality and confidence when speaking with customers
Good people skills and a professional attitude
Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
Very organized and able to follow up with leads consistently
Comfortable using phones, texting, and computer systems
Ability to work outside and assist with lot duties
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license preferred
Automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required for the right person
Pay
Pay is based on experience and ability.
Estimated pay range: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
