Terrapin Ridge Farms, a developer and marketer of premium specialty foods, is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented FBA Operations Coordinator to join our distribution center team. This position is responsible for managing our Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) program from start to finish while supporting daily warehouse operations and leading by example on the distribution floor.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role that requires both operational planning and active participation in warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Operations
- Manage the complete Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) replenishment process from beginning to end.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend products and quantities for replenishment to Amazon fulfillment centers.
- Create, manage, and monitor FBA shipments through Amazon Seller Central.
- Enter new products into the Amazon Seller Central portal, ensuring all product information is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, labeling, and preparation of FBA shipments in compliance with Amazon requirements.
- Personally assist with packing and preparing FBA shipments to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
- Verify shipment contents and enter shipment information into Amazon Seller Central.
- Track inbound shipments and resolve shipment discrepancies with Amazon as needed.
- Process and monitor Amazon returns, investigate issues, and communicate trends or concerns to management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and returns.
Warehouse Operations & Team Support
- Ensure retail gift sets are assembled accurately, including proper product placement, jar alignment, UPC labeling, and overall presentation.
- Monitor order workflow by releasing held orders and resolving issues to keep daily operations moving efficiently.
- Serve as a resource for warehouse team members by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping prioritize daily work.
- Lead by example by assisting with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders whenever needed.
- Coordinate daily activities to ensure orders, projects, and deadlines are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee special warehouse projects, including rework, repacking, relabeling, and custom gift set assembly.
- Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure efficient inventory flow and communication.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word a MUST.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory, warehouse operations, or distribution experience.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside the team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software is a plus.
