Position Summary
Quick N Clean is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our busy car wash facility. The ideal candidate will have previous retail and/or restaurant management experience, a strong background in sales and customer service, and a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with the Site Manager to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and achievement of sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager in all aspects of daily operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to provide outstanding customer service.
- Drive membership sales and promote wash packages to customers.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized facility at all times.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training as needed.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and labor control.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Maintain company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Help achieve sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures when required.
- Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Site Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment required.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to creating positive customer experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
