- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and company standards.

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, following all safety and legal guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and banquet areas throughout events.
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
- Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
- Previous experience as a banquet server and/or bartender preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Michigan.
- Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
